4. Custom Orders & Personalisation
Custom products are created according to the information, artwork, images, text and specifications provided by the customer.
You are responsible for checking all details supplied to us, including:

- Sizes
- Colours
- Logos
- Images
- Design requirements
Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Where we provide artwork or a design for your approval, you are responsible for checking and approving the final design before production.
5. Customer-Supplied Items
For restoration and customisation services, customers may provide their own shoes, golf clubs, clothing or other items.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items supplied to us are suitable for the requested service.
We will take reasonable care of customer property while it is in our possession. However, we cannot guarantee that every item can withstand every restoration or customisation process.
Pre-existing damage, weaknesses, wear, previous repairs or unsuitable materials may become more noticeable or may affect the final result.
Where we believe an item may be unsuitable or the requested work could cause significant damage, we may refuse the job or discuss the risks with you before proceeding.
6. Restoration & Customisation Results
Restoration and customisation involve working with existing materials and products that may have different levels of wear, age and condition.
Results can therefore vary depending on the condition, material and previous treatment of an item.
We will aim to achieve the agreed result using reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that an item will look exactly as it did when new or exactly match a reference image.
7. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
If you provide artwork, photographs, logos, names or other content for us to print or customise, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.
You must not provide content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
Fresh Creations Studio is not responsible for claims arising from content supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where we reasonably believe the requested work may infringe intellectual property rights or otherwise breach the law.
8. Our Intellectual Property
All Fresh Creations Studio branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, designs and original materials remain the property of Fresh Creations Studio or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without permission.
9. Payments
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
An order will normally only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be verified or where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraudulent activity.
10. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product or checkout page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, courier delays, weather, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
For customer-supplied items being returned after restoration or customisation, the applicable return delivery arrangements will be agreed where necessary.
11. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12. Product Safety
Certain Fresh Creations Studio products, including cleaning and solvent-based products, must be used strictly according to their instructions and safety information.
Customers are responsible for reading and following all supplied safety instructions before use.
Always test cleaning products on a small, inconspicuous area before applying them to a visible surface.
Fresh Creations Studio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, use on unsuitable materials or failure to carry out the recommended testing.

For customer-supplied items, we will take reasonable care while the item is in our possession, but customers acknowledge that restoration and customisation work can involve inherent risks depending on the item’s condition and material.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, fire, flood, power failure, postal or courier disruption, equipment failure, supplier delays, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
